Don Eusebio Flowers was founded in 1990 by two families that had the dream of creating a sustainable business that generates well-being for the local community around the farm. Since then, our aim has been to produce the finest carnations and mini carnations for the export.
In 2008, there was a renewal in our management which shifted the company's strategy by focusing on being more productive using state-of-the-art technology in the production area.
In 2010, the sales team implemented a new strategy to bring in new customers by exposing our brand globally, showing what makes our products to be different in the market.
In 2011, we added a new farm called Las Huertas (7 hectares) which is approximately 10 minutes away from our main farm. In this new farm, we produce our carnations and spray carnations maintaining the same quality standards as our main farm.
In the same year, we had one of the most challenging situations that has ever happened to Don Eusebio: there was a flood that appeared unexpectedly around the farm which delayed our operations. Fortunately, there were no significant injuries in any of our employees or customers.
In 2012, we added the Green Ball Flower to our product line. Don Eusebio was one of first growers of this product in Colombia.
In 2013, the company won the Gazelle Pyme Award which is given to companies with the best results in the flower sector.
In 2015, a new system of classification of flowers was implemented to classify our products directly in the field and to generate better grades of quality and saving in our overall operation.
In 2017, to expand our portfolio of products, a new area was implemented for tinting our carnations.
Our farm is located at 17 kilometers from Bogota where we can mix the high altitude, excellent weather conditions, advanced technology, and strict quality control culture to offer our customers the best products globally.
Nowadays, the farm has an area of 30 hectares - 26 hectares under greenhouses to produce our products and 3,2 hectares aimed to provide protection
The Suesca Farm of Agroindustrial Don Eusebio is located at Km 10.5 via Nemocón - Suesc. This land was acquired in March 2019, it has a total of 25 hectares.
This land was acquired to increase the availability of flowers for all our clients, and thus satisfy the growing demand in various markets.
The farm was adapted mainly for livestock work, and after being acquired by our company, new greenhouses have been implemented for the production of carnations and mini carnations. The common areas have undergone renovation so that our staff feel satisfied while working on our harvest.

Don Eusebio Flowers has established many programs to assure, consistently, superior quality. It is our belief that in order to produce excellent quality products, we must prioritize the well-being of our employees and the preservation of natural resources. We believe this responsibility goes beyond business which is why we became the founding members of various ecological foundations such as Florverde. We have developed organic farming programs to reduce the use of chemical pesticides and fertilizers.
